How do I import In Colour Presets into Lightroom Mobile?
You can read through my detailed How-To guide for mobile here. Your purchase also includes guides on how to import your presets into Lightroom desktop, and a bonus guide on how to get the most out of your presets. You will see all of these guides when you unzip your file.
Can I exchange or return my Presets?
Unfortunately, no. Because presets are a digital product, there are no returns or exchanges. Thank-you for understanding!
How does purchasing presets actually work?
When you purchase your preset collection(s) your confirmation page will contain an immediate download link. You will also receive an e-mail for your purchase confirmation, an e-mail with your download link (available for 24 hours), and an e-mail from Squarespace (this website’s host) confirming that your digital goods have been delivered. You can find directions on how to unzip your digital files on your mobile device here. Each preset collection contains several How-To guides, and two preset folders; one for mobile, and one for desktop.
Can I delete the .DNG files from my camera roll once I’ve imported them into Lightroom and saved my presets?
Yes! Deleting the files from your camera roll won’t affect your presets as long as you’ve imported and saved them in Lightroom.
Some of my presets are in Italics, what does that mean?
This issue can be complicated, but the bottom line is: you don’t have to worry. Lightroom puts presets in italics to warn you that your image may be different from the image the preset was originally made on. For example if the original preset was created on a RAW file, and you’re applying it to an iPhone photo. Lightroom uses italics to warm you that the preset may not be compatible, even when it is compatible. All In Colour Presets have been tested over a range of different file types, so you can go ahead and ignore the italics.
